摘要
目的:探讨通窍活血汤联合康复训练对颅脑损伤患者的疗效和对血清炎症介质的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年9月湖南郴州市第一人民医院收治的颅脑损伤患者100例作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。比较2组患者疗效,神经功能,血清白细胞介素-6,肿瘤坏死因子-α和不良反应。结果:观察组患者预后良好率为44.00%(22/50)高于对照组24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前简易精神状况检查评分比较,2组患者简易精神状况检查评分均有所提高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的简易精神状况检查评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者血清白细胞介素-6,肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均下降(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者FMA(上肢、下肢)、BI评分均提高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)(上肢、下肢)、巴塞尔指数(BI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤联合康复训练对颅脑损伤患者疗效显著,可以改善患者神经功能,降低患者血清炎症介质白细胞介素-6,肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on patients with craniocerebral injury and the effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 100 patients with craniocerebral injury who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Chenzhou from September 2019 to September 2021 were enrolled and divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)according to the coin toss method.The curative effect,neurological function,IL-6,TNF-α,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The good prognosis rate of the observation group was 44.00%(22/50),higher than 24.00%(12/50)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)(upper extremity and lower extremity)and Barthel Index(BI)in the two groups were increased(P<0.05).The scores of FMA(upper extremity and lower extremity)and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on patients with craniocerebral injury,and specifically,it can improve the neurological function of patients,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α.
