降低钢绞线用钢中氮含量的炼钢生产实践

摘要 为了控制钢绞线用82B钢中氮含量,提高热轧盘条的后续加工性能,采用以下工艺措施:在复吹转炉炼钢过程中,将入炉钢铁料结构从60 t铁水+20 t废钢调整为70 t铁水+10 t废钢,转炉冶炼全程底吹氩气,减少转炉后吹次数降低原始氧含量,提高出钢碳含量到0.12-0.35%,在出钢过程,向钢包加入200 kg预熔渣;在LF炉精炼过程中,快速成渣,优化不同阶段的底吹氩气流量,确保精炼效果;在连铸过程中全程保护浇注,中间包与结晶器浸入式水口的接口采用耐高温纤维垫密封,使用碱性中间包,在中间包内,采用碱性覆盖剂。使轧材钢中的氮含量控制在28-42 ppm(平均36.5 ppm),满足了用户个性化需求。 In order to reduce nitrogen content in 82B used for steel strand and improve the subsequent processing performance of hot-rolled wire rod,the following technological measures are used in steelmaking processes:(1)in the steelmaking process of top and bottom combined blown BOF(basic oxygen furnace),the charging quantities of hot metal and scrap change from 60 t hot metal and 20 t scrap to 70 t hot metal and 10 t scrap,the bottom blowing gas in the whole BOF steelmaking process is argon instead of nitrogen,the times of after-blows decrease to reduce oxygen content in steel,the carbon content in steel at BOF steelmaking terminal is 0.15-0.35%,pre-melted slag of 200 kg is added into ladle during tapping;(2)in ladle furnace(LF)refining process,slagging is fast,the bottom blowing argon flows in different stages of LF refining process are optimized to ensure the refining effects;(3)in continuous casting process,the molten steel flow from ladle to tundish is protected with argon-sealed long tube,the joint between tunidish and long tube submerged into crystallizer is sealed with high temperature resistant fiber pad,tundish is built with alkaline material,molten steel in tundish is covered with alkaline agent.As a result,the nitrogen content in hot-rolled wire rod is reduced to 28-42 ppm with average of 36.5 ppm to meet the personalized needs of users.
