摘要
持续推动化肥减量增效是农业绿色发展的关键,而土地托管的发展为实现化肥投入减量化提供了新的思路。文中基于江苏省526户水稻种植户的调查数据,深入分析了土地托管的化肥减量效应、具体作用路径以及异质性影响。结果表明:1)土地托管对于降低水稻种植户的亩均化肥投入具有显著负向影响,即土地托管能够促进化肥减量。2)采用中介效应模型分析发现,土地托管主要通过机械替代和技术引进两条路径实现化肥减量化。3)异质性分析表明,土地托管可以显著降低年轻农户、受教育程度较高农户以及规模户的化肥投入,而对人力资本水平较低农户以及小农户的化肥减量未能发挥作用。
Continuously promoting the reduction of fertilizer input and increasing its efficiency is the key for green development of agriculture,and the emergence of land trusteeship provides new idea for which.Based on the survey data of 526 rice growers in Jiangsu province,we deeply analyzed the chemical fertilizer reduction effect,specific action path and heterogeneity of land trusteeship.Results show that:1)Land trusteeship has a significant negative impact on reducing the fertilizer input for rice growers,that is,land trusteeship can promote the fertilizer reduction.2)Through the analysis of intermediary effect model,it is found that land trusteeship mainly realizes the reduction of chemical fertilizer through two paths:mechanical substitution and introduction of technology.3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that land trusteeship can significantly reduce the fertilizer input for young farmers,higher-educated farmers and large-scale farmers,but it has no effect on fertilizer reduction for those farmers with low-level of human capital or small-scale farm.
