摘要
目的了解社区口腔保健服务供需现状及影响因素,为完善社区口腔保健服务种类、提升服务水平提供参考依据。方法2017年5-10月采用现况调查方式,以口腔专科门诊就诊者为调查对象,在合肥市某口腔专科医院根据就诊顺序对前来就诊且能独立回答问题的18周岁及以上就诊者进行问卷调查,并利用logit模型分析口腔保健服务需求的影响因素。共调查550例就诊者,获得有效问卷500份,有效应答率为90.9%。结果500例就诊者中知晓社区开设口腔科者占26.8%(134/500);12.0%(60/500)的就诊者接受过社区提供的口腔保健服务,对口腔定期检查及咨询服务有需求的达71.6%(358/500)。年龄、家庭月均收入、文化程度、性别、职业、是否知晓口腔科、是否患有口腔疾病、是否患有全身疾病是社区居民口腔保健需求的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔保健服务供需差距较大,应加强发展社区口腔保健服务;提高社区口腔医师技术水平,改善居民口腔保健服务的可及性;扩宽居民获取信息渠道;根据不同特征人群提供针对性口腔服务。
Objective To understand the current situation of supply and demand of community oral health care services and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for improving the types of community oral health care services and improving the service level.Methods May to October 2017,aquestionnaire survey was conducted on patients over 18years old who were able to answer questions independently according to the order of treatment in an oral specialty hospital in Hefei,and the influencing factors of oral health services demand were analyzed by using the Logit model.A total of 550 patients were investigated,500valid questionnaires were obtained,and the effective response rate was 90.9%.Results Among the 500patients,26.8%(134/500)knew that the dental department was opened in the community;12.0%(60/500)patients had received oral health care services provided by the community;and 71.6%(358/500)had demand for regular oral examinations and consultation services.Age,family monthly income,education level,gender,occupation,knowledge of stomatology,oral diseases and systemic diseases were the influencing factors of oral health demand of community residents(P<0.05).Conclusion The gap between the supply and demand of oral health services is large,so the development of community oral health services should be strengthen;the technical level of community dentists and the accessibility of residents′oral health care services should be improved;residents′access to information should be expanded;targeted oral services according to different characteristics of people should be provided.
