摘要 随着转炉冶炼自动化程度的提高,副枪系统是转炉实现智能化炼钢的关键技术。针对氧枪通廊为3.3~4 m的转炉炼钢厂,因氧枪通廊狭窄、周边设备的布置情况复杂等因素制约而无法增设副枪系统的困局。提出了一种新型的可旋转式横移式副枪装置,该装置采用平面四杆机构实现升降装置在测量准备位及测量位之间的转化,将直线运动转化为旋转运动,结构形式简单紧凑,旋转运行摩擦阻力小,设备运行平稳,可靠度高,为老厂实现智能化炼钢创造了前提条件。 With the improvement of converter operation automation,the sublance system is the key technology of intelligent steelmaking.In order to solve the difficulty of adding sublance system in converter steelmaking plant with oxygen lance corridor of 3.3~4 m,which cannot install sublance system due to the characteristics of small converter span,low total height of plant and complex layout of peripheral equipment,a new type of rotatable and walkable sublance device is proposed.The device adopts a planar four-bar mechanism to realize the conversion of the lifting device between the measurement preparation position and the measurement position,and convert the linear motion into rotary motion,which has the advantages of simple and compact structure,small friction resistance,high stability and reliability,which creates a prerequisite for the old plant to realize intelligent steelmaking.
