摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,人才资源竞争愈加激烈。该文从农业科研单位人才队伍面临的新机遇与新挑战入手,分析人才队伍中存在的问题,并提出一系列切实可行的建议,包括引进人才、培养人才、评价人才、激励人才、多措并举留人才等,以期为相关农业人才队伍建设提供参考。
With the continuous development of market economy,competition for human resources is increasingly fierce. Starting from the new opportunities and challenges faced by the talent team of agricultural scientific research institutions,this paper had pointed out the problems existing in the talent team,and it has also put forward some practical suggestions such as introducing talents,cultivating talents,evaluating talents,stimulating talents,and taking multiple measures to retain talents,so as to provide reference for the construction of relevant agricultural talents.
