摘要
建立银朱的鉴别及硫化汞的含量测定方法。参照《中国药典》2020年版进行定性鉴别,应用X射线衍射分析与朱砂药材进行比对,采用滴定法进行硫化汞的含量控制。定性鉴别方法简单,结果准确;采用X射线衍射分析与朱砂药材区别不明显;硫氰酸铵滴定法测定硫化汞含量方法简便,准确度高,平均回收率为98.60%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.17%(n=6)。建立的银朱定性、定量测定方法可为银朱鉴定提供有效的依据。
A method was established to identified vermilion and determine the mercuric sulfide in it.Qualitative identification was carried out with reference to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).X-ray diffraction analysis was used to compare with cinnabar,and titration method was used to control the content of mercuric sulfide.The qualitative identification method was simple and accurate;X-ray diffraction analysis showed no obvious difference from cinnabar,The average recovery was 98.60%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.17%(n=6).The established quality evaluation method provides an effective basis for the identification of vermilion,and can expand the market application of vermilion.
