摘要
目的探讨对乳腺良性肿瘤患者分别选择麦默通旋切手术以及传统开放式手术方式完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日收治的68例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行手术治疗研究;随机分为参照组(采用传统开放式手术方法进行治疗)和试验组(采用麦默通旋切手术进行治疗),各34例;比较两组患者手术总有效率、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、瘢痕长度、并发症(皮肤瘙痒、局部血肿、局部感染、色素沉着、乳腺畸形)总发生率。结果试验组手术总有效率(94.12%)高于参照组(67.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及瘢痕长度均优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组皮肤瘙痒、局部血肿、局部感染、色素沉着、乳腺畸形发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论麦默通旋切手术方式有效应用后,同传统开放式手术比较,可将手术疗效显著提升,促进乳腺良性肿瘤患者良好预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with benign breast tumor by selecting the Mamotone peeling operation and the traditional open surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients with benign breast tumors admitted from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected for surgical treatment.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the reference group(treated with traditional open surgery)and the experimental group(treated with Mammotome peeling operation),34 cases in each group.The total effective rate,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,length of hospital stay,scar length,and the total incidence of complications(skin pruritus,local hematoma,local infection,pigmentation,and mammary malformation)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.12%)was higher than that of the reference group(67.65%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss,operative time,length of hospital stay and scar length in experimental group were better than those in reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin pruritus,local hematoma,local infection,pigmentation and mammary malformation in experimental group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,the effective application of Mammotome peeling operation can significantly improve the sur gical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients with benign breast tumors.
