摘要
ABC(ATP-binding cassette)转运蛋白是一类家族庞大、功能多样的跨膜转运蛋白,其广泛存在于原核和真核生物的各类细胞器中,负责多种物质的跨膜转运,从而调节生物体的一系列生命活动。近年来,越来越多ABC转运蛋白的种类及功能被报道,但是ABC蛋白家族的潜在成员以及功能仍然值得进一步探究和挖掘。该文对不同物种中ABC转运蛋白数量、结构域、功能、研究方法以及其参与调控病原菌多药抗性的研究现状进行综述,并对植物病原菌多药抗性的治理等进行展望。
ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters are a large family of transmembrane proteins with diverse functions,they are widely present in various organelles of prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms and are responsible for the transmembrane transport of various substances,thereby regulating a series of life activities.In recent years,more and more types and functions of ABC transporters have been reported,however,the potential members and functions of the ABC protein family are still worthy of further exploration.The number,domains,functions,and research methods of ABC transporters in different species are reviewed,as well as their participation in regulating the multidrug resistance of plant pathogens are discussed.Besides,the management strategies for multidrug resistance of plant pathogens are also prospected.
