纳米粘土与改性戊二醛结合鞣简易工艺研究 被引量:4

Simplified Combination Tanning with Nano-Clay and Modified Glutaraldehyde

摘要 本文主要研究了基于纳米粘土(nano clay, NC)和改性戊二醛的非铬简易结合鞣体系。以收缩温度为参考指标优化了结合鞣体系和鞣后工序的工艺参数,对结合鞣坯革的纤维结构进行了观察,并测定了坯革的热稳定性和物理机械性能。结果显示,4%改性戊二醛和3%纳米粘土结合鞣可赋予坯革T_(s)约90℃,明显高于二者各自单独鞣革的T_(s),且在鞣后湿工序中具有良好的稳定性,表明两者在皮胶原间存在协同鞣制作用;同时,改性戊二醛-NC结合鞣坯革纤维分散均匀,具有良好的热稳定性和物理机械性能。此外,该非铬结合鞣简易工艺无需提碱操作,不仅简化了操作且可降低废液中中性盐的含量,而且有利于制革清洁化生产。 The present work provided a novel simplified combination tanning technology based on nano-clay(NC) and glutaraldehyde tanning agent. The process parameters of the combination tanning system and the post-tanning were optimized by measuring shrinkage temperature(T_(s)) of crust leathers. The fiber structure of the crust leather was observed by SEM, and the thermal stability and physical-mechanical properties of the leather were determined. The results show that the combination tanning with 4% modified glutaraldehyde and 3% NC can raise the T_(s)of crust leather to 90 ℃, which is significantly higher than the T_(s)of solo tanned leather, and the combination tannage also confers leather better stability in the post-tanning process, implying the presence of synergistic effects between modified glutaraldehyde and NC. The combination tanning leather exhibits uniform and isolated collagen fiber networks, and has enhanced thermal stability and physical-mechanical properties. In addition, the non-chrome combination tanning process does not need basification procedure, therefore, not only simplifying the process but also reducing neutral salts in the spent tanning liquor. The developed technology contributes to the clean production in leather industry.
