摘要
以双蛇形流场为基础,利用流体仿真软件Fluent建立燃料电池三维分布参数模型,采用数值模拟的方法,研究操作参数中进气加湿度和电池工作温度对PEMFC膜内温度分布、膜内含水量分布的影响。研究结果表明:随着PEMFC进气加湿度的增加,膜内温度和膜内含水量均逐渐增大;随着PEMFC工作温度的增加,膜内含水量逐渐减少,膜内温度逐渐增加且膜内温度分布均匀性不断提高。
Based on the double serpentine flow field,the fluid simulation software Fluent is used to establish the three-dimensional fuel celldistribution parameter model.And,the numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of the operating parameters of the intake air humidity and the battery operating temperature on the temperature and water distribution of the PEMFC membrane.The research results show thatthe temperature and water content in the membrane gradually increase with the increasing of PEMFC air intake and humidity.With the increasing of PEMFC working temperature,the water content in the membrane gradually decreases,the temperature in the membrane gradually increases,and the uniformity of internal temperature distribution increases.
