摘要
采用光弹性应力冻结法分析了扁挤压筒在挤压力作用下的应力分布.结果表明,组合式扁挤压筒由于过盈装配,其最大周向应力大大降低.本文结果将对扁挤压筒的优化设计提供依据.
In this paper,we used a photoelastic stress-freeze method to analyze the stress distribution in an oblate extrusion pipe that bore extrusion force.The experimental result shows the maximum circumferential stress in a composite oblate extrusion pipe is reduced greatly since over-assembly.It will provide a help for an optimum design of oblate extrusion pipes.
