摘要 目的:设计一种阻抗反馈控制系统,用于手术时测量组织阻抗,并根据阻抗大小控制高频电刀的功率输出,以减少术中并发症的发生。方法:该系统由改装的高频电刀的脚踏开关、测量单元和控制单元组成。其中测量单元基于LabVIEW设计,由电源部分、数据采集部分和数据处理部分组成,用于测量和计算阻抗值,并确定高频电刀何时中断;控制单元基于Arduino UNO微控制器设计,用于协调阻抗的安全测量并控制高频电刀的输出功率。在高频电刀输出端接入被测器件(电位器),将被测器件的阻抗阈值分别设置为500、750和1000Ω,对该系统进行测试。结果:该系统能够准确测量和监测被测器件的阻抗(精度为±5Ω),且在每个阈值处均可以有效中断高频电刀的输出。结论:该系统可以满足设计要求,达到控制高频电刀输出功率的目的。 Objective To design an impedance feedback control system for measuring tissue impedance during surgery and controlling the power output of the high-frequency electrotome according to the impedance magnitude to reduce intraoperative complications.Methods An impedance feedback control system was developed consisting of a modified foot switch for the high-frequency electrotome,a measurement unit and a control unit.The measurement unit was designed based on LabVIEW and composed of three components for power supply,data acquisition and data processing,which measured and calculated impedance values and determined when the elelctrotome was interrupted;the control unit was devised based on Arduino UNO microcontroller for coordinating the safe measurement of impedance and controlling the output power of the high-frequency electrotome.The impedance feedback control system developed was tested by connecting the device under test(potentiometer)at the output of the high-frequency electrotome and setting the impedance threshold of the device under test to 500,750 and 1000Ω.Results The impedance feedback control system developed was capable of accurately measuring and monitoring the impedance of the device under test with the accuracy being±5Ω,and effectively interrupting the output of the high-frequency electrotome at each threshold value.Conclusion The impedance feedback control system developed meets the design requirements for controlling the output power of the high-frequency electrotome.
