摘要
经济体制不仅有市场经济体制、计划经济体制两种,还有博彩经济体制、论资排辈经济体制和武力经济体制。在社会运行有序时更多地采用市场经济体制、计划经济体制、博彩经济体制和论资排辈经济体制;当社会处于无序时,武力经济体制则会升格为主要的经济体制。两种社会运行状态下经济体制在实际应用中又是“阴中有阳,阳中有阴”,即当社会总体处于无序状态时,武力经济体制就会升格,同时另外四种社会有序状态下的经济体制还会在部分有序的社会状态中发挥部分作用;当社会总体处于有序状态时,四种社会有序状态下的经济体制就会登场、启动,武力经济体制淡出、隐退,但又会时不时竹笋般冒出来部分作用。社会资源的配置,总是处于五种经济体制的混合作用之下,只是各经济体制所起作用的社会状态、程度或大小不同而已。博彩经济体制、论资排辈经济体制和武力经济体制为何没有同市场经济体制、计划经济体制般成为人类社会基本的经济体制,主要是由于比较经济体制研究领域的空白、这三种经济体制自身的缺陷以及其激励机制所蕴含的理念与人类社会主流的价值观念存在冲突、传统认识的欠缺等。
The economic system includes not only the market economy system and the planned economy system,but also the gaming economic system,the seniority-based economic system and the economic system of force. When the society is operating in an orderly manner,the market economy system,planned economy system,gaming economy system and seniority ranking are more adopted. When society is in disorder,the economic system of force is upgraded to the main economic system.Economies under two social operating states in practical application,the system is“Yin in Yang,and Yang in Yin”,that is,when society is in a state of disorder as a whole,the economic system of force will be upgraded. At the same time,the economic system in the other four states of social order will also play a part in the partially ordered social state;when the society as a whole is in a certain in the state of social order,the economic systems in the four social order states will appear and start,the economic system of force will fade out and retreat,but bamboo shoots will appear from time to time. It appears to have some effects. The allocation of social resources is always under the mixed effect of the five economic systems,and it is only the role of each economic system. It depends on the social status,degree or size of use. Why don’t the gaming economic system,the seniority-based economic system,and the military economic system have the same city? The market economic system and the planned economic system have generally become the basic economic system of human society,mainly due to the gaps in the field of comparative economic system research,the defects of these three economic systems and the ideas contained in their incentive mechanisms are in conflict with the mainstream values of human society.
