摘要
为实现农村土地的有效利用,促进城乡一体化建设,分析了基于耕地保护的农村居民点土地集约利用现状,提出了农村居民点土地节约集约利用策略:合理规划,确保农田节约使用,保持耕地动态平衡,改善农田土壤环境。通过加大投入,合理规划农田使用,确定建设规模,加强对农田使用面积的控制,促进耕地资源的节约集约利用。
In order to realize the effective utilization of rural land and promote the construction of urban-rural integration,this paper analyzes the current situation of intensive land use in rural residential areas based on cultivated land protection,and puts forward the strategies of economical and intensive land use in rural residential areas,i.e.reasonable planning,ensuring the economical use of farmland,maintaining the dynamic balance of cultivated land and improving the farmland soil environment.By increasing investment,reasonably planning the use of farmland,determining the construction scale,strengthening the control of farmland use area,so as to promote the economical and intensive use of cultivated land resources.
