摘要
慢性肾炎的病机以肾虚、脾虚为本,风邪、湿浊、瘀血、郁气为标。风药性轻灵动,功效全面,可扶脾益肾、疏肝解郁、散邪宣肺、燥湿化瘀行气,非常贴合慢性肾炎的病机特点,在辨证论治基础上加入风药,兼顾标本,可提高临床疗效,为中医治疗慢性肾炎提供新的思路。
The basic pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency,and the superficial pathogenesis is wind,dampness turbidity,blood stasis and Qi(气)stagnation.Feng medicine(风药)is light,flexible,and has comprehensive effects such as tonifying the spleen and kidney,soothing the liver and relieving depression,dispersing pathogenic factors and promoting Qi transport in the lungs,eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis.It is consistent with the pathogenesis characteristics of chronic nephritis very well.Treating related disease with Feng medicine based on syndrome differentiation and treatment can give consideration to both symptoms and root causes,and improve clinical efficacy.It provides a new idea for the treatment of chronic nephritis in TCM.
