基于体应力波的PCCP保护层开裂监测数值仿真研究

摘要 预应力钢筒混凝土管(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe,PCCP)作为一种新型的复合管材,目前在各类特大型工程之中广泛采用。而保护层位于PCCP结构的最外侧,外保护层一旦开裂破坏,会对PCCP结构的承载和使用产生较大的影响,故对PCCP外保护层展开开裂监测研究有着极强的实际意义和理论价值。利用锆钛酸铅系压电陶瓷(Pb-based lanthanum-doped zirconate titanates,PZT)体应力波动法,在PCCP砂浆保护层(即外保护层)试件之中分别埋置PZT压电陶瓷片作为激励端和接收端,激发激励端PZT压电陶瓷片产生体应力波,通过改变压电陶瓷片的相互间距、裂缝的深度、宽度和长度分析接收端电压的差异,论证体应力波对PCCP砂浆保护层开裂监测的可行性。 As a new type of composite pipe,PCCP(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe)is widely used in large-scale projects such.The outer protective layer is located on the outermost side of PCCP structure,once it is cracked or damaged,it will have a great impact on the bearing and the use of PCCP structure.So it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to carry out crack monitoring research on the PCCP outer protective layer.Using the body stress wave by PZT,the PZT piezoelectric ceramic sheet is embedded in the PCCP mortar protective layer(outer protective layer)test specimen as the excitation end and the receiving end.The excitation end PZT piezoelectric ceramic sheet was excited to generate the body stress wave.The change of the voltage from the receiving end was explored by changing the size of the crack and the distance of the each piezoelectric ceramic sheet the feasibility of monitoring the cracking of PCCP mortar protective layer to demonstrate the feasibility of monitoring the cracking of PCCP mortar protective layer by the body stress wave.
