摘要
目的该研究对硝苯地平与卡托普利治疗高血压患者的效果以及不良反应展开分析。方法随机选择该院2020年9月—2021年9月接诊的100例高血压患者为研究对象,以接诊时间顺序分两组,将硝苯地平与卡托普利联合治疗的50例患者纳入观察组,再将卡托普利治疗的50例患者纳入对照组。分析两组患者治疗前后心率、血压水平变化情况、总有效率、治疗前后生活质量变化以及药物不良反应发生率,并作出比较。结果治疗前,观察组心率为(90.05±8.19)次/min、舒张压为(114.38±11.83)mmHg、收缩压为(175.35±11.97)mmHg,对照组心率为(91.23±8.03)次/min、舒张压为(115.43±12.03)mmHg、收缩压为(175.33±12.12)mmHg,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.727、0.440、0.008,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心率为(86.51±5.07)次/min、舒张压为(99.53±12.01)mmHg、收缩压为(142.61±11.02)mmHg,对照组心率为(88.69±5.31)次/min、舒张压为(110.81±11.28)mmHg、收缩压为(170.37±11.31)mmHg,两组均有明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.099、4.841、12.431,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总有效率分别为98.00%和84.00%,观察组数据显示呈更高水平,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.300,P<0.05)。观察组患者中出现头晕头痛有1例,恶心呕吐有1例,不良反应发生率为4.00%,对照组患者中出现心慌有1例,头晕头痛有1例,恶心呕吐有2例,不良反应发生率为8.00%,观察组数据显示呈更低水平,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.177,P>0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均比治疗前有明显提升,但观察组提升程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平与卡托普利联合治疗高血压,能够有效降低患者的血压水平,调节患者的心率,临床疗效较高,且不良反应较少,可为临床治疗高血压提供一个可靠安全的治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of nifedipine and captopril in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods Selected randomly 100 hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups in the order of admission time,and 50 patients were treated with nifedipine and captopril in combination included in the observation group,and then 50 patients treated with captopril were included in the control group.The changes of heart rate,blood pressure level,total effective rate,quality of life before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results Before treatment,the heart rate of the observation group was(90.05±8.19)times/min,the diastolic blood pressure was(114.38±11.83)mmHg,the systolic blood pressure was(175.35±11.97)mmHg,and the heart rate of the control group was(91.23±8.03)times/min,diastolic blood pressure was(115.43±12.03)mmHg,systolic blood pressure was(175.33±12.12)mmHg,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=0.727,0.440,0.008,P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of the observation group was(86.51±5.07)times/min,the diastolic blood pressure was(99.53±12.01)mmHg,and the systolic blood pressure was(142.61±11.02)mmHg,while the heart rate of the control group was(88.69±5.31)times/min,and the diastolic blood pressure was(110.81±11.28)mmHg,systolic blood pressure was(170.37±11.31)mmHg,both groups were significantly decreased,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.099,4.841,12.431,P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.00% and 84.00%,respectively,and the data of the observation group showed a higher level,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.300,P<0.05).There were 1 case of dizziness and headache,1 case of nausea and vomiting in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%.In the control group,there was 1 case of palpitation,1 case of dizziness and headache,and 2 cases of nausea and vomiting.The rate was 8.00%,and the data in the observation group showed a lower level,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.177,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups in quality of life scores were significantly improved than before treatment,but the improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure level and regulate the heart rate of patients,with high clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions.It can provide a reliable and safe treatment plan for clinical treatment of hypertension.
