摘要
梳理了地方高校卓越农科人才培养现状和新时期“三农”问题的发展特点,提出了立足区域经济发展的卓越农科人才培养路径,地方高校农科专业应主动融入地方经济发展办学,应服务区域农业农村发展,服务乡村振兴产业,以地方农业经济特点为办学特色,加强农科学生实习实践教学环节,培养下得去、留得住、干得好的卓越农科人才,形成地方农科院校人才培养路径与特色,服务国家战略部署。
This paper summarizes the development traits of“three agriculture”in new period and current situation of excellent agricultural talent cultivation at local colleges and universities.It proposes that local colleges and universities should be integrated into the local economy development,serve local agriculture rural development,and strengthen the practice teaching of agricultural students with the characteristics of local agricultural economy as the school running characteristics so as to cultivate excellent agricultural talents who are willing to stay and do well in the local areas.
