摘要
内燃机性能数据的测试分析是促进内燃机设计研制、生产开发、性能改进和可靠性提高的重要手段,阐述了基于Windows操作系统下,如何利用VxD实现实时数据采集的技术与实践.并结合实际介绍了作者所成功移植到Windows操作系统下的内燃机性能测试分析系统的硬件结构、软件设计及其功能特点.实验证明,本系统达到了预期效果,并大大提高了采集实时性、采集数据量和数据处理精度,其采集数据可信度更高,采样性能更加稳定.
Testing and analysis for I.C.engine performance data is an important method to improve the design,manufacture,exploitation,performance,and reliability of engine.This article expounds the technique and operation of real time data collected with VxD in Windows operating system.Then the hardware structure,software designing and function features of the data-acquisition and analysis system for I.C.engine performance,which is developed from Dos to Windows operating system,has been presented in this paper.The results obtained through experiments reveal that this system can work correctly,just as our expectation.In contrast with the former one,this system has greatly improved the real-time,the sampling-data volume,and data-processing precision.The measuring confidence levels of this system are improved much,and much more stable.
