摘要
统一战线推进国民收入三次分配意义重大。构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度安排,需要调动统一战线丰富的政治资源。目前,该项工作面临角色定位不清、经验积累不足、机制创新不够、工作体系不完善等诸多问题。应当从四方面优化其实施路向:即强化行动理念,提升对经济领域嵌入统一战线的重要性认知;拓展问题视域,加强对社会新问题的规律性把握;创新协作模式,建立统一战线工作新机制;突出系统规范,完善对社会组织有效的服务和监管体系。
It is significant for United Front to assist the third distribution of national income due to its mobility of multi-political resources for systematic arrangement and coordinated development among the first, the second and the third distribution. At present, it faces many challenges such as the unclear positioning, lack of experience, inadequate innovation and operation system. Therefore, this paper proposes problem-oriented approaches including realizing the importance of implanting United Front into economic sector;broadening the prospect to better understand the law of new problems in contemporary society;establishing the cooperated mechanism for United Front and finally perfecting effective service and supervising system.
