摘要
目的探究视网膜脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿患者采用康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗的效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年4月山东省日照市中医医院眼科收治的视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿患者112例作为研究对象,通过随机盲选的方式分为甲组与乙组,各56例。甲组通过激光光凝治疗,乙组在此基础上联合康柏西普治疗。比较两组的最佳矫正视力水平、黄斑中心视网膜的厚度、并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的最佳矫正视力相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.958,P>0.05);治疗后,乙组的最佳矫正视力水平(0.93±0.08)明显优于甲组(0.69±0.06),差异有统计学意义(t=17.959,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的黄斑中心视网膜的厚度相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.144,P>0.05);治疗后,乙组的黄斑中心视网膜的厚度(251.3±79.2)μm明显优于甲组(321.5±87.5)μm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.451,P<0.05)。乙组的并发症发生率(7.1%)与甲组(8.9%)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论在视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿的治疗中,采用康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗具有显著效果,可以有效改善患者的最佳矫正视力,降低其黄斑中心视网膜的厚度,而且并发症少,具有很高的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation in patients with retinal vein occlusion and macular edema.Methods 112 patients with retinal vein occlusion complicated with macular edema treated in the ophthalmology department of Rizhao traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2018 to April 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 56 cases in each group.Group A was treated by laser photocoagulation,and on this basis,group B was treated with conbercept.The best corrected visual acuity level,the thickness of the central retina of the macula,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients'best corrected visual acuity(t=0.958,P>0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of group B(0.93±0.08)was significantly better than that of group A by(0.69±0.06),the difference was statistically significant(t=17.959,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of the macular center of the two groups of patients(t=0.144,P>0.05).After treatment,the macular center of group B the thickness of the retina(251.3±79.2)μm was significantly better than that of group A(321.5±87.5)μm,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.451,P<0.05).The complication rate of group B(7.1%)was higher than that of group A(8.9%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of retinal vein occlusion combined with macular edema,the use of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the patient's best corrected visual acuity,reduce the thickness of the central retina of the macula,and have fewer complications,with very high security.
