摘要
目的阐述在治疗高血压时为保证用药安全性应用缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平的疗效。方法选择2020年6月—2021年8月在该院接受治疗的高血压患者196例,应用信封法分为常规组、观察组。常规组选择单一用药治疗(苯磺酸氨氯地平)、观察组选择联合用药治疗(缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平)。结果治疗前,两组患者血压指标及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.722、1.518、0.840、0.593、0.700、0.197,P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血压指标相比常规组明显较低,生活质量相比常规组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于常规组,观察组用药不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.692,P<0.05);常规组治疗有效率(88.8%)低于观察组(98.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.673,P<0.05)。结论高血压在缬沙坦和苯磺酸氨氯地平的联合用药治疗下,血压稳定效果好且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To describe the efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension to ensure drug safety.Methods A total of 196 hypertensive patients who were treated in the hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the routine group and the observation group according to the envelope method.The routine group was selected for single drug treatment(amlodipine besylate),and the observation group was selected for combined drug treatment(valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate).Results Before treatment,compared with the blood pressure indexes and quality of life between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.722,1.518,0.840,0.593,0.700,0.197,P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the quality of life was higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.692,P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of the routine group(88.8%)was lower than that of the observation group(98.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.673,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of valsartan and amlodipine besylate for the treatment of hypertension has good blood pressure stabilization effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
