某院临床营养科现状分析与建议 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解某三甲医院临床营养科发展现状,提出针对性建议。方法收集该院临床营养科2017年-2019年质控报表数据及相关资料,使用SPSS 20.0软件分析数据。结果该院临床营养科卫生技术人员配备不足,科室管理水平未明显改善,业务量不饱和,营养科受重视程度不高,专病营养工作进展缓慢。结论临床营养科需在医院支持下,合理优化人员结构,提高营养管理水平,重视临床营养诊疗工作,加大营养教育力度,并积极推动构建临床营养支持小组。 Objective To investigate the development status of Clinical Nutrition Department in a tertiary hospital and put forward suggestions.Methods The quality control report data and related data from the Clinical Nutrition De-partment of the hospital from 2017 to 2019 were collected,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results The Clinical Nutrition Department of the hospital was not equipped with enough health technical personnel,the man-agement level of the department did not improve significantly,the business volume was not saturated,nutrition science was not paid enough attention to,and the progress of special nutrition was slow.Conclusion.Under the support of hospital,Clinical Nutrition Department should optimize the structure of personnel,improve the level of nutrition man-agement,attach importance to clinical nutrition diagnosis and treatment,strengthen nutrition education,and actively promote the construction of clinical nutrition support group.
