摘要
知识产权管理是研究型中医院建设中科技创新的必然举措。曙光医院通过优化管理构架、完善制度、加大绩效等制度化建设,加强宣传培训,营造良好知识产权文化氛围,利用信息化管理构建数据库等,使知识产权管理工作在研究型中医院的建设中发挥了重要作用。
Intellectual property management is an inevitable initiative of scientific and technological innovation in constructing research-oriented traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Shuguang Hospital has made intellectual property management play an important role in the construction of research-oriented traditional Chinese medicine hospital by optimizing the management structure,improving the system,increasing performance and other institutionalized construction,strengthening publicity and training,creating a good intellectual property cultural atmosphere,and using information management to build a database.
