摘要
某城镇污水处理厂设计规模为10.0万m^(3)/d,原采用间歇式活性污泥(SBR)工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。提标工程在“不停水、不减量、不降标”的前提条件下,新增“精细格栅+中间调节水池+上向流石英砂滤料深床滤池”深度处理工艺,将出水水质标准提升至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中V类标准(其中TN≤15 mg/L)。采用石英砂滤料,滤料粒径为2~4 mm,设计上升流速为7.2 m/h,滤料高度为3.0 m,实际运行效果良好,出水水质稳定达标,出水TN月均值基本稳定在10.0 mg/L左右。该工程设计方案可为类似提标改造工程提供案例参考。
The design scale of an urban wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) is 100 000 m^(3)/d.Sequencing batch reactor(SBR)process is originally adopted,and the effluent quality complies with first class A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants( GB 18918—2002).In the demand of " no water cut-off,no reduction and no standard reduction",an advanced treatment process of “fine grid + intermediate regulating tank + upflow quartz sand filter material deep bed denitrification filter” is added.The effluent quality standard is improved to class V criteria of Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)(TN≤15 mg/L).Quartz sand filter which particle size is 2~4 mm is adopted,the designed rising velocity is 7.2 m/h and the filter height is 3.0 m.The actual operation effect is good,and effluent water quality could reach the standard stably.After upgrading,monthly average value of effluent TN is basically stable at about 10.0 mg/L.The designed scheme of the project can provide reference for similar upgrading and reconstruction projects.
