考虑车辆-轨道随机参数的动车所小半径曲线动力学性能分析 被引量:2

Dynamic Performance Analysis of Small Radius Curves in EMU Workshop Considering Random Vehicle-track Parameters

摘要 建立车辆-小半径曲线耦合动力学模型,基于部分因子试验设计确定影响动车所小半径曲线动力学性能的显著影响参数,并通过拉丁超立方抽样研究车辆多参数变化对小半径曲线动力学性能的影响。结果表明:车轮踏面廓形、钢轨廓形、轮轨摩擦系数、车辆轴重和车速是影响小半径曲线动力学性能的5个关键参数。考虑实际运营状态下车辆-轨道多参数变化,轮轴横向力、脱轨系数和磨耗指数均有一定增大,其中磨耗指数增大近2倍。车辆-轨道多参数随机样本的分析更加严格、保守,可结合动力学仿真分析进一步确定动车所小半径曲线容许通过速度,从而保障动车所车辆运行安全、提升运输通过能力。 The coupling dynamic model of vehicle-small radius curve is established.The significant influence parameters on the dynamic performance of small radius curve of EMU workshop are determined based on the fractional factorial experiment design.The Latin hypercube sampling method is used to study the influence of multi-parameter variation of vehicle on the dynamic performance of small radius curve.The results show that wheel tread profile,rail profile,wheel-rail friction coefficient,vehicle axle load and vehicle speed are the five key parameters affecting the dynamic performance of small radius curve.Considering the multiple vehicle track parameter variation under actual operation state,the lateral force of wheel and axle,derailment coefficient and wear index all increase to a certain extent,among which the wear index increases by nearly twice.The analysis of random samples of multiple vehicle-track parameters is more strict and conservative.The dynamic simulation analysis can be combined to further determine the allowable passing speed of small radius curve in EMU workshop,so as to improve the carrying capacity while ensuring the operation safety of vehicles in EMU workshop.
