摘要
可再生能源接入电力系统后,受到通信负荷调度方案的影响,调度方法的抗干扰性能较差。因此,提出可再生能源电力系统通信负荷平衡化分散调度方法研究。考虑到可再生能源的工作特点,建立可再生能源场景模型。利用模糊控制器,设计电力系统通信负荷控制结构。结合电力系统接入可再生能源后产生的不确定性因素,设计负荷平衡化调度方案,结合上下层级分散调度模式,实现负荷分散协调调度。实验结果表明:所设计的负荷平衡化分散调度方法与文献提出方法相比,将抗干扰性能提升了58%、49%。
After renewable energy is connected to the power system,there are many uncertain factors.Affected by the communication load scheduling scheme,the anti-interference performance is poor.Therefore,the research on communication load balancing decentralized scheduling method of renewable energy power system is proposed.Aiming at the power system with renewable energy as the core,a renewable energy scenario model is constructed.Using fuzzy controller,the communication load balance control structure of power system is designed.According to the uncertain factors of power system,the load balanced dispatching scheme is designed,combined with the upper and lower level decentralized dispatching mode to realize the decentralized and coordinated dispatching of communication load.The simulation results show that the designed load balancing decentralized scheduling method improves the anti-interference performance by 58%and 49%compared with the methods proposed in the literature.
