摘要
为探究安徽省包容性绿色增长发展现状、重心漂移及影响机制,文章收集安徽省2000—2018年数据,使用熵权法从经济增长、社会公平、民生福利、绿色生产和环境保护五个方面对包容性绿色增长进行综合测度,并基于重心模型,实证分析了安徽省包容性绿色增长重心漂移的影响机制。研究发现:安徽省包容性绿色增长十分有限,并且地区间发展很不平衡;安徽省中部地区是包容性绿色增长的中坚力量;经济制度变迁、产业结构合理化、教育水平和城镇化是安徽省包容性绿色增长的重要推动因素。
In order to explore the status quo,shift of gravity and impact mechanism of inclusive green growth in Anhui Province,this article collects data from 2000 to 2018 in Anhui Province,and uses the entropy method to deal with economic growth,social equity,people’s livelihood and welfare,green production,and environmental protection.Inclusive green growth is comprehensively measured,and based on the center of gravity model,an empirical analysis of the impact mechanism of the shift of the center of gravity of inclusive green growth in Anhui Province is carried out.The study found that the inclusive green growth of Anhui Province was very limited,and the development between regions is very uneven;the central area of Anhui Province is the backbone of inclusive green development;economic system changes,industrial structure rationalization,education level and urbanization are important driving factors for inclusive and sustainable green growth of Anhui Province.
