六步标准沟通流程在急诊输液观察室患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨六步标准沟通流程在急诊输液观察室患者沟通中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年3月—2021年3月急诊输液观察室收治的96例输液患者。对照组实施常规输液护理沟通,观察组在此基础上实施六步标准沟通流程。比较两组护士沟通能力、患者症状自评得分、患者情绪得分。结果:干预后,观察组护士的沟通能力各维度得分明显高于对照组;观察组患者症状自评得分中的人际关系敏感因子和焦虑因子得分低于对照组;观察组患者除“活力”维度外,情绪方面其余各维度得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊输液观察室中应用六步标准沟通流程与患者沟通,能够有效提高护士的沟通能力,改善患者的焦虑抑郁等不良情绪。 Objective:To explore the application effect of the six-step standard communication process in patient communication in the emergency infusion observation room.Methods:All 96 infusion patients were selected in March 2020 to March 2021.The control group implemented routine infusion care communication,and the patients in the observation group implemented a six-step standard communication process.The nurses′communication skills,self-evaluation scores of patient symptoms and patient mood scores were compared.Results:The scores of each dimension of communication ability of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of interpersonal sensitivity factor and anxiety factor in the symptom self-assessment score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Except for the’vitality’dimension,the scores of other dimensions of emotion were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The six-step standard communication process in the emergency infusion observation room can effectively improve nurse communication ability and anxiety and depression.
