摘要
体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后发生早期先兆流产的概率高于自然妊娠,影响IVF-ET治疗后的抱婴率。从月经周期理论及心(脑)-肾-子宫轴理论的角度探究造成这一结果的可能原因,认为IVF-ET过程中的各重要环节,如垂体降调节、控制性超促排卵、扳机、取卵及移植等过程均有可能通过影响人体正常的阴阳转化及心(脑)-肾-子宫轴的协调性,对女子既有的正常、协调的生理状态均可产生不同程度的影响,从而造成这一结果,同时不良心理因素也可参与其中。
The probability of early threatened abortion after in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)was higher than that of natural pregnancy,which affects the baby holding rate after IVF-ET treatment.From the perspective of menstrual cycle theory and heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis theory,this paper explored the possible causes of this result,and believed that all important links in the process of IVF-ET,such as pituitary descending regulation,controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,trigger,egg retrieval and transplantation,may affect the normal yin-yang transformation of human body and the coordination of heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis.It can affect women’s existing normal and coordinated physiological state to varying degrees,resulting in this result.At the same time,adverse psychological factors can also participate in it.
