摘要
该文阐述了现有PCR仪的分类,对现行的PCR仪校准方法中温度校准和荧光检测系统校准进行了分析总结。比较了各温度校准装置及不同测温方法的优劣,对最新提出的以物理光学方法代替标准物质校准荧光检测系统进行分析和评价。
PCR instrument has been widely used in many fields involving molecular biology.This paper describes the classification of existing PCR instrument,and analyzes and summarizes the calibration methods of temperature calibration and fluorescence detection system.The advantages and disadvantages of different temperature calibration devices and different temperature measurement methods were compared,and the new physical optical method instead of standard substance calibration fluorescence detection system was analyzed and evaluated.
