摘要
我国智能建筑行业正处于发展期,在地域上呈现多点面发展,在技术上正由传统管理逐渐向智能化、信息化、数字化和网络化管理模式转换。目前存在的问题有地域发展不均衡、建设期望高,设计和施工质量低,整体技能不高,重建设、轻运行管理,以及缺少专业化的技术和管理人才。在未来的发展中,智能建筑技术发展趋势包括形成以节约为导向的设备监控系统、重视智能建筑中安全和健康管理的控制系统以及通过智能建筑技术提升居住者的心理健康水平三方面。
Domestic intelligent building industry is under development in many regions and related techniques are changing from traditional management to intelligent,information-based,digital and on-line management.There are many problems in domestic intelligent building industry,such as unbalanced development in different regions,excessive construction expectation,low design and construction quality,low technical level,emphasizing on construction but ignoring operation,lack of professional technical and management talents.Intelligent building technique will see its future development on the following three aspects,including forming saving-guided equipment monitoring system,safety and health management control system and living psychological level improvement.
