摘要
针对煤矿井下大倾角地质条件下液压支架回撤效率低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种新的液压支架回撤技术方案。该方案以“自下而上无轨回撤,主绞车牵引,副绞车防倒”技术为核心,通过回撤前准备、回撤中工序优化,实现了井下液压支架的快速、安全回撤。根据实际验证,新的井下液压支架回撤技术能够将液压支架回撤效率提升26.1%,显著提升了在复杂地质条件下回撤的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and poor safety of hydraulic bracket retraction under the geological conditions of large inclination angle in underground coal mine,a new technical scheme of hydraulic bracket retraction is proposed,which is based on the technology of "bottom-up trackless retraction,main winch traction and secondary winch anti-reverse" as the core,and through the preparation before retraction and process optimization during retraction,the rapid and safe retraction of underground hydraulic bracket is realized.The new underground hydraulic support can be retracted quickly and safely.According to the actual verification,the new underground hydraulic bracket retraction technology can improve the retraction efficiency of hydraulic bracket by 26.1%,which significantly improves the reliability of retraction under complex geological conditions.
