摘要
本文通过现场勘察、化学元素分析、金相组织分析、硬度测试、力学性能试验、扫描电镜分析等手段对某企业在建锅炉主蒸汽管截止阀裂纹进行分析。结果表明:产生裂纹阀门中的Si元素、P元素超标,阀门的金相组织异常为马氏体和铁素体,其平均硬度值远超标准硬度的.上限。阀门产生裂纹的根本原因是阀门在铸造过程中未按标准要求添加化学元素;在进行热处理时未按相关工艺执行。最后,提出了相应的解决方案及预防措施,以期避免此类事故的发生。
By means of field investigation,chemical element analysis,metallographic structure analysis,hardness test,mechanical properties experiment and scanning electron microscope analysis,this paper analyzed the crack of the stop valve of the main steam pipe of the boiler under construction in an enterprise.The results show that the content of Si element and P element in the cracked valve exceed the standard;the abnormal metallographic structure of the valve is martensite and ferrite;and its average hardness value far exceeds the upper limit of the standard hardness.The root cause was that the chemical elements were not added as the standard requirements during the casting process of the valve;the heat treatment was not carried out as the relevant process.F inally,corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward to avoid such accidents.
