摘要
目的根据国家新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控工作要求,圆满完成重庆市江北区石马河街道大规模人群新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)核酸检测工作。方法2021年11月医院组建核酸采样、核酸标本转运和核酸标本分拣护士队伍,在第一时间启动护理应急工作方案,从组织管理、调配人力、筹备物资、院感防控等方面圆满完成大规模人群新型冠状病毒核酸检测工作。结果工作启动后26 h内,核酸采样护士队伍累计派出6个班次374人次,完成辖区内30个采样点91个采样台99316万人的采样任务,标本全部合格,无不良事件发生;完成120个生物安全转运箱的下收下放,共计运送680趟次;核酸标本分拣队伍共完成8315管、8.315万人次的标本分拣。结论任务结束后医院护理部从联防联控、应急演练、院感防控等方面,及时梳理问题及责任清单,建议应合理储备护理人力资源,多措并举再增强感控意识,以应对大规模人群新冠肺炎病毒核酸检测任务。
Objective To complete mass nucleic acid testing for COVID-19 in Shimahe street,Jiangbei District,Chongqing,according to the requirements of national epidemic prevention and control.Methods In November 2021,a team of nurses for nucleic acid sampling,specimen transporting and specimen sorting was set up,and emergency nursing plan was launched immediately in the hospital to complete the mass nucleic acid testing in terms of organization and management,manpower deployment,material preparation,hospital infection prevention and control,etc.Results Within 26 hours,nucleic acid sampling team dispatched 374 nurses in 6 sampling shifts collected samples from 99316 people from 91 sampling units in 30 sites in the area.All the samples were qualified and no adverse event was found.A total of 120 biosafety boxes were collected and transferred in 680 trips.The team sorted 8315 tubes with 83150 person/time.Conclusion Based on the joint prevention and control,emergency response drills,and hospital infection management,department of nursing administration listed problems and responsibilities,and made suggestions that nursing human resources should be reserved properly and multiple measures should be implemented to raise the awareness of infection management in order to cope with the mass nucleic acid testing.
