摘要
采用DYNAFORM数值模拟软件对铝合金超半球深腔制件在拉深成形过程中压边圈的作用、坯料尺寸、压边圈与凹模间隙、压边力大小进行分析,模拟得到坯料在不同参数下的成形质量,确定了最佳参数。模拟结果表明:得出各项参数对铝合金超半球深腔薄壁板料拉深成形质量合理性结论的影响,为铝合金超半球深腔薄壁板料制件的成形提供理论依据。
The effect of blank holder,blank size,clearance between blank holder and concave die,and blank holder force in drawing process of aluminum alloy super hemispheric deep cavity part were analyzed by using DYNAFORM numerical simulation software,and the forming quality under the different parameters was obtained and the optimal parameters were confirmed.The simulation results showed that the influence of various parameters on the drawing quality of aluminum alloy super-hemispherical deep cavity sheet metal was researched,which provided theoretical basis for the forming of aluminum alloy super hemispheric deep cavity part.
