摘要
为解决交通噪声治理难题,研究水泥基吸音降噪材料的配合比设计,介绍材料物理力学性能测定方法,讨论城市轨道交通吸音板的结构型式设计。实践表明,城市轨道交通吸音板力学性能良好,28 d抗压强度≥8 MPa,28 d抗折强度≥2 MPa;同时,降噪系数达到国家吸声性能等级I级标准。联系实际工程运用,总结城市轨道交通吸音板的生产工艺流程及施工工法。
In order to solve the problem of traffic noise control,this paper studies the mix ratio design of cement-based sound-absorbing materials,introduces the measuring method of physical and mechanical properties of materials,and discusses the structural design of urban rail transit sound-absorbing boards.Practice shows that the mechanical properties of urban rail transit sound-absorbing board are good,with 28 d compressive strength≥8 MPa and 28 d flexural strength≥2 MPa.At the same time,the noise reduction coefficient reached the national sound absorption performance grade I standard.The production process and construction method of sound-absorbing board in urban rail transit are summarized in connection with practical engineering application.
