摘要
原发性肝癌是目前恶性肿瘤中发病率与死亡率较高的一种肿瘤,其在临床中的首选治疗方案是进行手术治疗,但患者在医院发现时大多数已属于疾病的中晚期,失去了手术的机会,而化疗或放疗对原发性肝癌的治疗效果并不理想。肝动脉化疗栓塞术(tace)因其效果显著、可重复使用、安全性高并且可以联合其他多种治法进行联合治疗,目前越来越受到临床一线的青睐。通过检索万方、中国知网、维普等三大数据库,筛选从数据库建库以来至2021年2月的医学文献,对经方、时方治疗原发性肝癌tace术后的临床研究文献进行整理分析,发现经方、时方在治疗原发性肝癌tace术后的栓塞综合征、肝功能损伤、免疫功能损伤、浮肿、抑郁等并发症时疗效显著,因此就经方、时方治疗原发性肝癌tace术后常见并发症的研究进展进行综述。
Primary Liver Cancer(PHC)is one of the most common malignancies with high morbidity and mortality.The first choice of treatment for PHC is surgery,but most of the patients have reached the middle or late stage of the disease when they are found in hospital,the opportunity of operation was lost,and the effect of chemotherapy or radiotherapy on primary liver cancer was not ideal.Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(tace)is more and more popular in clinical first-line treatment because of its remarkable effect,repeatable use,high safety and combined treatment with other therapies.By searching WANfANG,CNKI,WEIPU and other three big databases,from the database since its establishment to 2021medical literature,the clinical research literature after tace for primary liver cancer treated by classical prescription and time prescription were sorted and analyzed,it was found that the treatment of tace syndrome,liver function damage,immune function damage,edema,depression and other complications after tace with classical prescription and time prescription had a significant effect,so this article reviews the common complications of classical prescription and time prescription in the treatment of primary liver cancer after tace.
