摘要
将N-乙烯基咔唑(NVK)与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,再通过相反转自乳化法合成一系列NVK含量不同的自交联型水性荧光聚丙烯酸酯(PMBDA-NVK-ADH)乳液。将乳液在室温下干燥固化得到荧光形状记忆材料——PMBDA-NVK-ADH膜。采用核磁共振氢谱仪、Zeta电位及纳米粒度分析仪、紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪等对共价键接型荧光共聚物(PMBDA-NVK共聚物)、PMBDA-NVK-ADH乳液和PMBDA-NVK-ADH膜的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:制备的材料实现了荧光功能和形状记忆行为“二合一”,有望扩展形状记忆材料在生物成像领域的应用。
N-vinylcarbazole(NVK)and acrylate monomers were copolymerized,and then a series of self-crosslinking waterborne polyacrylate emulsions(PMBDA-NVK-ADH)with different NVK content were then synthesized through phase inverse self-emulsification process.Furthermore,fluorescent shape memory materials(PMBDA-NVK-ADH film)can be easily obtained by drying and solidifying emulsions at room temperature.The structure and properties of covalently bonded fluorescent copolymer(PMBDA-NVK macromolecules),PMBDA-NVK-ADH emulsions and PMBDA-NVK-ADH films were analyzed by 1H-NMR,Zeta potential and nanometer particle analyzer,UV-Vis,fluorescence spectrometer and other instruments.The results showed that the fluorescence function and the shape memory behavior were successfully“combined”,which was expected to expand the application of shape memory materials in the field of bioimaging.
