摘要
运用调查问卷了解新时代高校大学生劳动价值观的总体情况。结果表明,当代大学生虽然对劳动的价值和意义有正确的认识,但也存在着劳动态度不端正、劳动精神理解不深刻、知行不一等方面的问题,大多数个体尚未形成良好的劳动习惯和劳动态度。由此提出新时代培养大学生群体正确劳动价值观的必要性,多措并举提升新时代大学生劳动价值观。
The questionnaire was used to understand the overall situation of the labor values of college students in the new era.The findings indicate that although contemporary college students have a correct understanding of the value and significance of labor,there are also problems such as improper labor attitudes,poor understanding of labor spirit,and the disunity of knowing and doing.Most of the individuals have not formed good labor habits and labor attitudes.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the correct labor values of college students in the new era,and take multiple measures to improve the labor values of college students in the new era.
