摘要
相较于传统现浇建筑而言,装配式建筑的预制构件与现浇构件间存在大量的拼缝需要进行防水处理。为探究装配式建筑预制外墙板拼缝防水构造和材料的施工效果,本文对执信二沙学校工程的预制外墙板在防水施工过程中遇到的实际情况进行了研究。该项目采用了我司开发的预制外墙板的吊装方法和保护模具等关键技术,降低了外墙板阴角处开裂的可能性,从构件质量角度提高了防水效果。水平缝采用了外墙涂料、耐候密封胶、防水泡沫条和防水橡胶条多重防水措施。施工完成后进行了淋水试验,水平缝处并未出现明显的渗漏痕迹,防水效果良好。本文在研究应用过程中总结了预制外墙板防水的施工技术要点,对相似工程的施工有良好的借鉴价值。
Compared to traditional cast-in-place buildings,there are many joints between prefabricated and cast-in-place components in assembly buildings that require waterproofing treatment.In order to explore the construction effect of waterproofing construction and materials for prefabricated exterior wall panels,this paper investigates the actual situation encountered during the waterproofing construction of the Deacon Ersha School project.The project adopted key technologies such as the lifting method and protective mold of prefabricated exterior wall panels developed by our company,which reduced the possibility of cracking at the shaded corners of the exterior wall panels and improved the waterproofing effect from the perspective of the quality of the components.Multiple waterproofing measures of exterior wall coating,weatherproof sealant,waterproof foam strips,and waterproof rubber strips were adopted for horizontal joints.After the construction was completed,a drenching test was conducted,and there were no apparent signs of leakage at the horizontal joints,proofing that the waterproofing effect was good.This paper summarizes the key points of the construction technology of prefabricated exterior wall panel waterproofing in the research application process,which has good reference value for the construction of similar projects.
