摘要
目的探讨马镫形多功能腿架在妇产科经阴道手术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月在医院妇产科行经阴道手术的82例患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组41例。对照组使用普通腿架摆放截石位,试验组使用马镫形多功能腿架摆放截石位,比较两组患者体位满意度、摆放截石位消耗时间、术后下肢异常发生率,以及术者对两组腿架的满意度。结果试验组患者体位满意度高于对照组,摆放截石位消耗时间短于对照组,术后下肢异常发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术者对试验组腿架的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马镫形多功能腿架在妇产科经阴道手术中的应用效果确切,可提高患者及术者的满意度,缩短摆放截石位消耗时间,降低术后下肢异常发生风险。
Objective The application effect of multifunctional stirrup leg frame in transvaginal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology was explored.Methods 82 patients who underwent transvaginal surgery in Department of Obstetrics&Gynecology in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,and each group included 41 patients.The control group used ordinary leg frame for placing lithotomy position,while the experimental group used multifunctional stirrup leg frame.The satisfaction with lithotomy position of patients,the time spent in placing lithotomy position,the incidence of postoperative lower limb abnormality and the satisfaction with leg frames of operators were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction with lithotomy position of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the time spent in placing lithotomy position was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative lower limb abnormality was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction with leg frames of operators in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using multifunctional stirrup leg frame in transvaginal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology has significant application effect,increasing the satisfaction of patients and operators,and reducing the time spent in placing lithotomy position and the risks of postoperative lower limb abnormality.
