摘要 地震灾情的快速、准确评估对有效降低灾害损失,减轻灾情程度发挥着重要作用。本文将插件式框架技术应用于地震应急预评估辅助决策系统的设计与实现,详细阐述系统功能结构设计、应用开发关键技术,为震后灾区提供预评估计算与统计,套用地图制图模板快速生成专题地图。通过将地震应急预评估辅助决策系统应用于云南省多次地震灾害评估,为灾情研判及救援部署提供决策支持,提高相关部门对地震灾害的快速响应能力。 Rapid and accurate assessment of post-earthquake disasters plays an important role in effectively reducing disaster losses and the extent of disasters.In this paper,the plug-in framework technology is applied to the design and implementation of the auxiliary decision-making system for earthquake emergency pre-assessment,and the key technologies in the functional structure design and application development of the system are described in detail.The system is used to provide pre-assessment calculations and statistics for the post-earthquake disaster areas,and to quickly generate thematic maps by applying map templates.By applying the earthquake emergency pre-assessment aid decision-making system to multiple earthquake disaster assessments in Yunnan Province,it provides decision-making support for command decision-makers in disaster research and judgment and rescue deployment,and improves the rapid response capability of relevant departments to sudden earthquake disasters.
