摘要
以当年生三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段为外植体,通过植物组织培养方法,找出三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段最适宜的消毒时间、方法以及最佳腋芽诱导培养基,建立三倍体漆树组织培养无菌体系。结果表明,三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段消毒最佳时间和方法为75%乙醇消毒60 s+0.1%升汞消毒4 min,腋芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+ZT 0.2 mg/L+活性炭0.3 g/L。
The optimal disinfection time, method and the optimal axillary bud induction medium were found by using the current year young stem segments of triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum as explants, and the aseptic system of triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum tissue culture was established. The results showed that the best disinfection time and method for triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum young stem segment were 75% ethanol 60 s +0.1% mercury 4 min. The optimal medium for triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum axillary bud induction was MS +6-BA 0.3 mg/L +ZT 0.2 mg/L +active carbon 0.3 g/L.
