摘要
针对超临界汽轮机缸体用钢ZG1Cr10MoVNbN,用中频感应炉熔炼水电废钢,通过优化工艺,提高初炼钢水的纯净度,减少电弧炉能耗,实现缸体铸件稳定、批量化生产,降低生产成本。
In order to make steel ZG1Cr10MoVNbN for supercritical steam turbine cylinder blocks,the optimized process uses medium-frequency induction furnaces to melt the steel scrap recycled from hydroelectric equipment to produce the molten steel in higher purity with lower energy consumption.This process allows for making the castings of cylinder blocks with consistent quality and in mass production at lower cost.
