摘要
通过数值计算及实验验证,分析双辊薄带连铸辊面构型参数在振幅<1mm时的流场,研究结晶辊辊面构型参数对弯月面高度的影响。分析结果表明,在振幅<1 mm时,凹凸结晶辊结构下的弯月面高度比平辊明显降低,自由液面平均波动值明显降低,而且可以通过熔体粘性降低弯月面高度。
The numerical calculation and experiment verification for analysis of the flow field of roll surface structure for twin-roll strip casting technique at vibration amplitude less than 1 mm and the effect of roll surface structure on meniscus height finds out that when the vibration amplitude is less than 1 mm,the meniscus below the concave-convex casting rolls decreases in height significantly compared with that below the flat rolls,and the average fluctuation of free liquid surface reduces greatly too.The melt viscosity can be used to decrease the height of meniscus.
