摘要
本文研究了微波外场作用下己二酸和乙二醇为原料合成己二酸乙二醇酯的催化作用,考察了微波功率、反应温度、微波辐射时间及原料配比等因素对反应酯化率的影响,对酯化产品的分子量进行了质谱分析,并将微波加热与油浴加热的实验结果进行了比较。结果表明:微波反应最佳条件为:微波功率500W、反应温度160℃、微波辐射时间4h、酸醇摩尔比1:1.4,在此条件下己二酸乙二醇酯产率达81.14%。相较于使用传统油浴加热,微波作用下的产物产率可提高7.86%,其质谱在713m/z、820m/z、939m/z左右的峰也更高,说明在微波作用下可以得到更多更高分子量的酯化产品。
The effect of microwave irradiation on the synthesis of ethylene glycol adipate from adipic acid and ethylene glycol was compared with that by oil-bath.The microwave power,duration,reaction temperature,and the ratio of raw materials on the esterification rate were investigated.The molecular weight of the esterified product was analyzed by mass spectrometry(MS).The results show that the optimal microwave reaction conditions are as follows:microwave power 500W,reaction temperature 160℃,microwave radiation time 4h,molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1:1.4.under this optimal conditions,the yield of ethylene glycol adipate reached 81.14%,7.86%more than that by the traditional oil-bath heating.Furthermore the mass spectra demonstrate that the m/z fragments at 713m/z、820m/z、939m/z by the microwave irradiation are higher than the traditional oil-bath heating,which suggests that the microwave irradiation would yield high molecular weight product.
