摘要
本试验采用高频红外碳硫分析仪测定土壤中的碳、硫和低含量有机碳。对样品质量、助熔剂添加、质量输入等项目进行了研究。该方法的采集限为0.003%,RSD(n=7)小于1.69%,积分误差小于1.14%,重现性好。C的最低检出限为0.0054%,S的最低检出限为0.000182%。从粒径的选择条件测试来看,当样品达到0.05g时,C和S的分辨率结果最佳,可满足土壤样品的测定。在纯铁助熔剂添加量对实验中,样品为0.1000g,纯铁焊剂为0.20g,钨粒为1.6g时,测量结果较好。检出限中采集限值为0.003%时可以满足测量土壤样品的要求。有机碳RSD小于1.69%,满足测定要求。
High frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer was used to determine the carbon,sulfur and low content organic carbon in soil,The sample quality,flux addition and quality input were studied.The collection limit of this method was 0.003%,the RSD(n=7)was less than 1.69%,the integral error was less than 1.14%,and the reproducibility was good.The minimum detection limit of C is 0.0054%,and that of S is 0.000182%.From the test of particle size selection conditions,when the sample reaches 0.05g,the resolution of C and S is the best,which can meet the determination of soil samples.When the sample was 0.1000g,the flux of pure iron was 0.20g and the tungsten particle was 1.6g,the measurement results were better.When the collection limit of the detection limit is 0.003%,it can meet the requirements of measuring soil samples.The RSD of organic carbon is less than 1.69%,which meets the measurement requirements.
