摘要
为了精准捕捉水电站水工建筑物电气装置故障运行状态,提升故障检测准确率,提出水电站水工建筑物电气装置故障运行状态自动捕捉方法。依据水电站水工建筑物电气装置的绕组机理以及故障时的电气装置漏磁场变化,采用模拟退火算法获取支持向量机相关参数,利用支持向量机自动捕捉水电站水工建筑物电气装置振动信号,根据漏磁场的变化判断该电气装置的运行状态是否正常,以此实现电气装置故障运行状态自动捕捉。结果表明,在水电站水工建筑物电气装置正常运行状态下和故障运行状态下,该方法捕捉到的电气装置的电压值均与实际值相符,电气装置运行状态捕捉准确率高,且电气装置运行状态故障准确检测率可达97%以上,实际应用效果更好,可以应用在水电站运行监控工作中。
In order to accurately capture the fault operation state of the electrical apparatus of the hydraulic structure for hydropower station and improve the accuracy of fault detection, a method for automatic capture of the fault operation state of electrical apparatus of the hydraulic structure of hydropower station is proposed herein. According to the winding mechanism of the electrical apparatus of hydraulic structure for the hydropower station and the change of the leakage magnetic field of the electrical apparatus in case of fault, the simulated annealing algorithm is adopted to obtain the relevant parameters of the support vector machine, and then the vibration signal from the electrical apparatus of the hydraulic structure for hydropower station is automatically captured with the support vector machine, thus whether the operation state of the electrical apparatus is normal or not is to be judged in accordance with the change of the leakage magnetic field, so as to realize the automatic capture of fault operation state of the electrical apparatus. The experimental result shows that the mean voltage values of the electrical apparatus captured with this method are coincided with the actually measured ones under both the normal and the fault operation conditions of the electric apparatus of the hydraulic structure for hydropower station, while the capturing accuracy of the operation status of the electric apparatus is high and the accurate fault detection rate of the operation state of the electric apparatus can reach over 97%, and then this method has a better application effect and can be applied to the operation monitoring of hydropower station.
